I do ballet, so i have alot of pressure to be thin.?

i am at a physically healthy weight, but i gained alot of weight over the summer.for ballet i need to lose about 10 pounds. ive checked what my bmi would be at that weight and everything, and its still healthy. I am five two and currently weigh 115. my problem is not more exercise, its just self control. i eat when i want to, not because i am hungry. i have been having aolt of trouble losing this weight. please help!

Make sure you eat in the morning to start your metabolism and eat fruit. Don't just eat 3 big meals eat small portions throughout the day eat about 5 small meals this keeps your metabolism running. The human body is very complex don't stress out about losing weight because stress causes weight gain. If you exercise for just 30 minutes a day you should be fine. Hope this helped.

no not really.
its just a class



take it slowly, dont constantly think about it and take a logical path to get rid of the wieght and dont frek out ( i assume your a girl so this must be hard) but dont obsess about it.
Find another hobby. If you love to eat, then train to be a competitive eater.
this is what i do if i want to eat whenever i want i usally have to run a mile each-day last time i ran a mile each-day i lost 3 pounds in a week and i was eating as much as i wanted so mabey you should try that or you can starve your-self but if you do that it takes you like a month to loose 7 pounds so try the other way k
ummm well just start excersing and put a lock on ur mouth so u dont eat alot
